   Frankly speaking , I‘ve no too much impression to Custom before  .
   I think Custom is the depatment of  come and leave the country ,according to the law and 
administrative rule ,supervise the conveyances ,goods ,luggage and the orher import and export　
things . It‘s collect customs duties and some taxes , moreover　transact the operation of custom .
Now , I‘ll make the summarize from 4 points to it.
   Fristly   　,  it‘s Custom‘s rootstock .Custom give bireh to the country‘s devolpe and intercourse , 
for country‘s demand entirely .
   Secondly  ,  it‘s Custom‘s basic functions . Because of Custom for country‘s demand , so  it must 
require Custome incarnate and vindicate our　country‘s rights .
   Thirdly   　,  it‘s Custom‘s primary mission . I think the mission also decideed Custom‘s quality and 
function .Through the correlation of data , I know it have 5 missions , namely : supervise  come and 
leave the country , collect customs duties ,check contraband , arrange Custom　statistic and the 
other especially supervise  proceedings .
   Fourly   　 ,   it‘s Custom‘s rights . It‘s right is the country right , different from the other right . 
And that it‘s a administration right , due to the administration department make the correlation 
instrumentality .
   In my opinion , Custom is the door of protection country economy , customs duties are the mostly root 
of country finance also . It‘s very importent for social development and people benefit to make a good 
Custom work , bring into play a excellence  collect customs duties and check contraband .
